The new build-dep that's not in Ubuntu (liblinux-dvb-perl, I assume) is
only required for the tv_grab_it_dvb grabber, so an alternative would be
to disable this grabber (comment it out in Makefile.PL & remove from the
.install file) and remove the build-dep.

However, it's up to you guys if you want to deal with supporting a CVS
snapshot in your LTS rather than an official release.. it was only by
accident that I uploaded it to Debian unstable (it was meant to go into
experimental).
