Rejection of zope.pagetemplate

Rejected for two reasons:

debian/copyright must contain a full copy of all relevant licenses to the 
package (or a reference to common-licenses if it's one shipped there).  That's 
missing.

The files in src/zope/pagetemplate/tests/input and output are not 
distributable.  Several files indicate a different copyright holder and no 
license to redistribute and the remained lack any license or copyright 
statement.  It appears these directories come from another source and lack any 
free software license:
