lintian on cocoplum

I updated ~/lintian/ to the latest karmic versions (and also locally
installed some new dependencies). It seems to work fine for .debs, but
currently has a hiccup for *.dsc:

$ lintian libbsd_0.0.1-1.dsc
Unrecognized switch: -E  (-h will show valid options).
internal error: command failed with error code 29

I straced it and didn't find any -E switch.

I'll look at this some more.
