Moshroum, the page you link says:

"mentors.debian.net has version 1.5+dfsg1-5 of this package, you should
consider sponsoring its upload."

Which means the package hasn't entered Debian yet (still waiting for a
sponsor in _Debian_ apparently), and it needs to get into Debian before
it can be synced from Debian. 1.5+dfsg1-5 will be automatically synced
for Lucid when it gets into Debian, as well as subsequent versions that
enter Debian before DIF (end of december), no need for a sync request
before that date.
