Please sync pgagent 3.0.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Needed to get pgagent off the NBS list and make pgagent3 installable.  Also
FFe approved with my motu-release server delegate hat on.

pgagent (3.0.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Initial release of pgagent in split source from pgadmin3.
