Rejection of zfec

The package can't currently be accepted for the following reasons:
haskell/Codec/FEC.hs is described as being licensed as "License: BSD3".
This license is not mentioned in debian/copyright and does not seem to be
included in the upstream tarball anywhere. Both these are requirements.
zfec/fec.* have additional licensing terms that are not described in
debian/copright.
The package as a whole is dual licensed GPL v2 or later and a custom license
described as the TGPPL. The alternative license is not mentioned in
debian/copyright.
The package uses ez_setup to download components to build the package from
outside the official archive. This must be patched out and the packaged python
modules must be used.
I did not build the package, so this is just a review of the source. You may
reupload the package (does not need FFe) after these issues have been
corrected. Please review the entire package for any other issues so we can
avoid multiple rejections.
