The upstream changelog says:

2009-08-11:  0.4.1       -- fixed freezing when unpacking some archives (in particular zip)
			 -- fixed crash when opening archives via 'Recently opened' menu

			 -- updated autoconf bnv_have_qt macro
	                 -- QComicBook requires Qt>=4.3.0 now

The fixed freezing when unpacking some archives is actually reported in Ubuntu and is bug 225588
and would be good to fix for Karmic since it has been open for nearly 1.5 years.
