Various new features included here, so it *does* require a FFe, but no
rationale has been presented why a freeze exception is warranted.  This
is wontfix for karmic; unsubscribing ubuntu-release, please resubscribe
ubuntu-archive once karmic is out since there's an Ubuntu delta so it
won't autosync.  (And in that case, please also explain why the Ubuntu
changes are no longer needed...)
