Rejecting testdrive

Hello Dustin,

I reject testdrive because the orig.tar.gz does not have a copy of the
GPL-3.

Also, as an early warning, the .desktop file and package should be
i18n'ed. It's of course not a reason for NEW reject, but will be for a
future MIR (if you plan to get it installed by default).
