Please sync qcontrol 0.4.2-3 (main) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu orion5x kernel was mis-packaged in jaunty, but it was eventually
dropped in jaunty, so we can drop the Ubuntu specific workaround -- we don't
support ARMv5 anymore anyway.
