Please sync vala 0.7.7-3 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only Ubuntu change was to make the test-suite failures fatal. The Debian maintainer do not want to apply this change. Such a small change is not worth to maintain it.

    + Fix marshalling of GValue in DBus server/client code. Patch
      taken from upstream GIT.

  * debian/patches/01_gnu-hurd.patch:
    + Update gobject-introspection/grealpath.h from gobject-introspection
      GIT. This fixes build failures on GNU/Hurd because there PATH_MAX
      is not defined.
