Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

libgail-dev is now provided by GTK2.0, so the entire rationaled for the Ubuntu
diff is OBE.  It looks like this was blindly merged twice without checking if
the Ubuntu diff was still useful.  Since libgda2-dev was dropped as unused,
the need for the residual diff is removed.

  * Drop build-dependency on libgda2-dev, unused. (Closes: #532275)
