Please sync libifp 1.0.0.2-4 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu changes were for a rebuild only and forcing soyuz to take
the upload which shouldn't be a problem for auto-sync.

Changelog entries since current lucid version 1.0.0.2-3ubuntu1:

libifp (1.0.0.2-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * QA upload.
    + Set maintainer to Debian QA Group <packages at qa.debian.org>.
  * Move Section: libs from libifp to source package stanza.
  * Add Homepage field.
  * Add watch file.
  * Make clean not ignore errors.
  * Replace deprecated Source-Version depends with binary:Version.
  * Copy in config.{guess,sub} on configure, rm them on clean.
  * Bump Standards Version to 3.8.3. (No changes needed).
