Please sync defoma 0.11.10-1 (main) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The libftp-perl package was moved to suggests, as it was making ubuntustudio metapackages uninstallable. The change in Debian seems to take care of this in a different way.

Changelog entries since current lucid version 0.11.10-0.2ubuntu1:

defoma (0.11.10-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * QA upload.
  * Fix dependency on libftp-perl (Closes: #514635, #285653)
