Please sync drapes (0.5.2-3.1) from Debian unstable, all Ubuntu changes
are merged on Debian.

It builds fine with a karmic pbuilder.

  * Merge from Debian unstable, remaining Ubuntu changes:
    + Adjust build-dependencies for gnome-sharp2 transition:
      - libgnome2.0-cil -> libgnome2.24-cil
      - libgconf2.0-cil -> libgconf2.24-cil
    + Fix FTBFS for gnome-sharp split:
      - Add libgnomepanel2.24-cil to Build-Depends-Indep.
      - debian/patches/drapes-Makefile.in.patch:
        Add -pkg:gnome-panel-sharp-2.24 to the list.
