You have been subscribed to a public bug by Scott Kitterman (kitterman):

Choqok (http://choqok.gnufolks.org/) is a KDE microblogging client,
which supports identi.ca and twitter as well us custom laconica servers.
It was just released as version 0.6.

In Kubuntu 9.04 there is 0.4-0ubuntu3 and karmic has version 0.6-0ubuntu1. The karmic package builds for jaunty without any changes in my ppa:
http://launchpadlibrarian.net/27063640/buildlog_ubuntu-jaunty-i386.choqok_0.6-0ubuntu1~jaunty1~ppa1_FULLYBUILT.txt.gz

0.6 seems not to introduce any new bugs so far and fixes several old
ones.

Choqok underwent major UI changes in version 0.5 and introduced several
new features, which were missed by users in version 0.4. The source code
was moved to extragear and so the new 0.6 is much more feature complete
than 0.4. Jaunty users should benefit from these changes and so a
backport should be available.

** Affects: jaunty-backports
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
