Please sync powerpc-utils 1.1.3-24 (main) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The powerpc-utils package in Debian checks whether the adjtime file exists before dealing with it, which is a better approach than whats currently in Ubuntu, which is to remove all adjtime code from powerpc-utils.

Changelog since current karmic version 1.1.3-22ubuntu2:

powerpc-utils (1.1.3-24) unstable; urgency=low

  * Fix fixed postinstall handling of adjtime setup (copy /etc/adjtime if it
exists, create new file with the correct data otherwise).
    Closes: #528443.

powerpc-utils (1.1.3-23) unstable; urgency=low

  * Fix broken -f option for fnset. Check for presence of ADB devices and bail
    out on USB based machines.
    Closes: #474814.

  * Fix postinstall handling of adjtime setup (copy /etc/adjtime if it
    exists, create new file otherwise).
    Closes: #528443.

  * Update bootsched manpage to clarify that it should only be used on
    Oldworld PowerMacs.
    Closes: #407295.
