Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

New upstream version has incorporated fix for lp bug 321176 (From the 
upstream changelog: Changes made on 0.9.19:
+ Fixed bug that caused screen freeze on Ubuntu) so the package can be 
synced again.

Changelog since current karmic version 0.9.18-3ubuntu1:

alarm-clock (0.9.19-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream version (Closes: #522402).
  * debian/control:
    + Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.1 (no changes).
    + Replace python-central by python-support.
    + Fix URL to new hosting address.
  * debian/copyright:
    + Fix URL to new hosting address.
  * debian/watch:
    + Fix URL to check new upstream version.
  * debian/rules:
    + Cleanup build directory from source.
    + Remove +x permissions from .mo files.
