Please sync radvd 1:1.2-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Out delta was:
    - build with -D_GNU_SOURCE to fix FTBFS
but this is no longer needed, the debian version builds fine.
