Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
All Ubuntu changes incorporated in Debian.                

Changelog since current karmic version 0.11.1-1ubuntu1:

librra (0.13-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/gbp.conf: Removed no-create-orig line.
  * debian/rules: Update to support python 2.6. (Closes: #525512)
  * debian/control:                                              
    + Changed librra-dbg Section to debug.                       
    + Added autotools-dev Build-Dep.

librra (0.13-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream version.
  * debian/gbp.conf: Added git-buildpackage config file.
  * debian/control:                                     
    + Use my debian.org email address.                  
    + Bumped deps on libsynce0-dev and librapi2-dev.    
    + Bumped python build-dep to 2.3.
    + Added >= 0.9.7 to python-pyrex Build-Dep. (Closes: #514235)
    + Added libhal-dev build-dep.
    + Removed unnecessary Section fields.
  * debian/update-patches.mk: Added.
  * debian/rules: Include update-patches.mk.
  * debian/copyright:
    + Changed license of Debian packaging from "GPL" to GPLv2.
    + Use my debian.org email address.
    + Fix dh_make boilerplate copyright notice for Debian packaging.
