Please sync aumix 2.8-22 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu patch (30_noninter_strncpy.patch) has been applied by debian maintainer (22_noninter_strncpy.patch).
Now we can sync the package safely.

  * debian/control:
    + Depend on oss-compat					closes: #503847
    + Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.1
  * Moved patches into debian/

  * debian/rules: Stop creating /var/lock/aumix to comply with section 9.3.2
