[Bug 351687] [NEW] smartdimmer: remove, obsoleted by nvclock

The smartdimmer source package no longer builds any binaries; we now
build smartdimmer from the nvclock source, which has a newer, more
featureful, and non-moribund implementation.

Smartdimmer source should be removed from jaunty.
