Please sync ngrep 1.45.ds2-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

It's a bugfix-only release, no exception needed.

Changelog since current jaunty version 1.45.ds2-2:

ngrep (1.45.ds2-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/rules: Force pcap includes location, avoids overzealous
    configure check which thinks the new pcap 1.0 locations are two
    different installations (closes: #518889).
  * debian/control: Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.0, no changes needed.
