I use Ubuntu for embedded ARM development. I built a cross compiler and
used apt-cross to cross compile the necessary dependencies using a
sources.list file for Debian - they sit quite happily alongside the rest
of the Ubuntu system. It would be good to have these packages back to
support cross building packages for other architectures - not just ARM.
