[Bug 339862] [NEW] Remove ppmtofb from jaunty

Please remove ppmtofb from jaunty with the same reasoning as in Debian:

Please remove ppmtofb from the archive:
- No real maintainer upload in more than 5 years. And maintaner is also
  upstream, it is totally dead upstream.
- Rc-buggy see: #385209
- Very low popcorn: 6 users."

Additionally ppmtofb has a conflict with python >> 2.4 (which makes the packages uninstallable since at least dapper).
It has no r(build)depends.
