I am not aware of the existence of any such bug report, nor do I expect
upstream to even consider switching to unrar-free given the state of
that project. See bug #311291 - especially some of the links in the last
comment. In short, it appears that as is unrar-free does not support rar
v3, multi-part rar archives, or large files. Any one of these is bad
enough to make it absolutely unusable with usenet.
