Please sync newt 0.52.10-4 (main) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Our changes where the debug package and a crashfix in the
textbox. Both are taken by debian now so we can sync.

  * Add Ubuntu patch for python-newt-dbg package from Michael Vogt.
