Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu changes have been merged by debian maintainer.
We can sync this safely.

  * Uprgade build-dependencies:
    + use libdb-dev instead of libdb4.6-dev (closes: #530482);
    + switch to boost 1.38.
