Please sync kio-gopher 0.1.3-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu and Debian packages seem to have never been properly merged. There were/are a couple differences:
1) Ubuntu used kde4.mk. Debian now does this via pkg-kde-tools's version.
2) Ubuntu used a slightly different versioning scheme, with a -kde4.x.x suffix. After talking to both Ubuntu and Debian maintainers, it appears that the suffix is unnecessary. Changes to the source are only made when the actual version is bumped. The -kde4.x.x suffix is added by the extragear packager.

Changelog since current karmic version 0.1.2-kde4.2.0-0ubuntu1:

kio-gopher (0.1.3-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * Improve the description a bit.
  * Remove duplicate Section from binary stanza in control.
  * Switch copyright to DEP 5, revision 54.
  * Remove extra quilt build-dep, not used at the moment.
