Please remove virtual-mobile-builder from karmic

Rationale:
    virtual-mobile-builder was constructed as a workaround for some of the limitations of moblin-image-creator to facilitate testing in virtual environments.  WIth moblin-image-creator now removed from the archive, and mobile image testing workflows now being based on livecd-rootfs constructed images, there is no need for this package.
