Rationale:
    Moblin Image Creator is dead upstream, in favour of Moblin Image Creator 2 (MIC2), which is a different codebase
    Moblin Image Creator hasn't worked for a while (see bug #359399)
    Moblin Image Creator is not maintained either in Debian or Ubuntu
