Please sync toshutils 2.0.1+debian-23 (universe) from Debian unstable

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
We dropped the modprobe config file because we fixed the kernel instead.  This also involved preinst logic to remove the conffile if unmodified.  Debian has both the changes now.
