Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Debian has Added -D_GNU_SOURCE to cflags to fix ftbfs. So package can be 
synced again.

Changelog since current karmic version 2.3.2-2.1ubuntu1:

 keytouch (2.3.2-3) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * Added -D_GNU_SOURCE to cflags (Closes: #521953)
   * New maintainer (Closes: #520143)
   * Removed obsoleted lintian exceptions
   * Ensure maintainer scripts die on errors.
   * Fix menu section.
   * Bump standards-version. No changes.
