Hi,

Please change the upstream version number if you repack the
tarball (suggestion +repack).

Please document the repack in debian/copyright instead of
debian/README.Debian. The latter is for information for users,
and the former is the place the the dev-ref points to for
this. debian/README.Source would be the appropriate second
location if you are not happy with just debian/copyright.
