Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Ktranslator was a package introduced in Ubuntu gutsy. The package has
been ported to Debian and is now maintained there.


Changelog since current jaunty version 0.4-0ubuntu1:

ktranslator (0.4-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Acknowledge NMU. Thanks to Marc 'HE' Brockschmidt. Added patch "02" to fix
    gcc-4.3 FTBFS. (Closes: #455300)
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.0 (without modifications).
  * Upgraded the debhelper compatibility to 7.
  * Updated Vcs-Svn and Vcs-Browser fields in debian/control.
  * Updated long description in debian/control.
  * Fixed the KDE3 directory location. Moved from /usr/lib/ktranslator/kde3 to
    /usr/lib/kde3 (Closes: #453337).
  * Changed the patch 01 to remove the "Encoding" field (deprecated).
  * Added patch "03" to avoid a warning about modifications in upstream source
    code after compilation process. The upstream program is changing a "static"
    installation file (config.h.in) when compiling.
  * Added gocr as installation dependence in debian/control.
  * Added "Screenshot" in long description in debian/control.
  * Changed autoconf2.13 to autoconf in debian/control.
  * Added debian/README.Debian file.
  * Added festival as suggestion in debian/control.
  * Updated packaging years in debian/copyright.
