Please sync eqonomize 0.6-1 from debian experimental.

There have been no Ubuntu changes at all since last sync, and eqonomize
in experimental is a new upstream release. It would also fix bug 316789,
since eqonomize 0.6 is based on KDE4 rather than KDE3.
