[Bug 335296] [NEW] Please backport kepas and update plasmoid-am4rok for intrepid-backports

Public bug reported:

kepas and plasmoid-am4rok are the last two Universe plasmoids that need
to be backported/rebuilt against libplasma3.

kepas is a normal backport.  No source upload required.

plasmoid-am4rok has been dropped from Jaunty, so a sourceful update of
the Intrepid package is required.

Ack from ubuntu-backporters.  This should be the last of them.
