Please sync gbase 0.5-2.2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
There's no delta to drop and new debian version contains bugfixes only, it doesnt introduce any new feature, then it doesn't needed a FFe.

gbase (0.5-2.2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Build with Gtk2. (Closes: #438405).
  * Don't segfault on command line args. (Closes: #282651).
    + Thanks to Elmar Hoffmann.
  * Add ${misc:Depends} for debhelper package.
  * Quote strings in menu file.
  * Escape hyphen used as minus in manpage.
