[Bug 334369] [NEW] Please remove the package from repositories

Binary package hint: cpvts

Please remove the package from repositories for following reasons.
1. The software didn't have a release after 2003 - http://www.lallafa.de/bp/cpvts.html
2. The functionality is available in other packages (vobcopy, dvdbackup).
3. The package was synced from debian multimedia, but it is not available now in that repository as well.
