[Bug 331604] [NEW] Please move xmlbeans to universe

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Thierry Carrez (tcarrez):

xmlbeans was originally demoted to multiverse because it used a pre-
built version of itself (shipped in upstream source tarball) to build.

The 2.4.0-0ubuntu2 release, just uploaded, now properly build-depends on
itself to build, leading to a clean bootstrapped version, appropriate
for universe.
