hexcat has just been removed from sid, and I believe it should also be
removed from Jaunty for the same reasons.

 - Unmaintained either in Debian or upstream
 - Functionality in hexdump -C already in Ubuntu

Reverse Depends:

Please remove it from Jaunty too.
