[Bug 329439] [NEW] QtParted should be removed from the archives

Binary package hint: qtparted

QtParted is unmaintained application, whose last stable release was in
Nov 2005.

The package is unmaintained too, and in jaunty, there is a very nice and
maintained remplacement called partitionmanager.

There are opened and confirmed bugs that it won't start now :

Qtparted is potentially dangerous applications, so in that respect and
for those reasons, it should probably be removed and blacklisted from
the debian sync.
