When using 'apt-cache show $packagename' the following information is
returned:

Bugs: mailto:ubuntu-users at lists.ubuntu.com

However, this is not a useful place for bugs to be reported as no one is
monitoring that mailing list for bug reports.  It would be better if
people were directed to use a utility like 'ubuntu-bug $packagename' so
bug reports end up in a useful location.
