Bringing scilab 5 into jaunty requires the update of fop to version 0.95
and xmlgraphics-commons to version 1.3.1.

Also the package jeuclid needs to be created.
JEuclid 3.1.4 has been released. So this one should be used instead of 3.1.3 from the PPA.
