 - (MIR reviewing team) There is one "gatekeeper" who reads through
the bug mails and incoming requests, and fans them out to team
members by assigning the bugs to them (maintaining an equal
workload for everyone). Then you can use your +assignedbugs list to
see which MIRs you need to do (we additionally change the title to
"[MIR] packagename"). This avoids the usual effect that with
several team members there's some starvation due to nobody
immediately being responsible for pushing progress.

 - (Archive Admins) On a particular day/week there is someone "on
duty" who cares about all current requests (i. e. reviewing
uploads, processing bug mail, tagging bugs with verification-*,
doing or asking the archive admins to do the -updates promotion)

Perhaps one of those would work for SRU as well? In either case we
need to refresh the team, though, so that all the team members
actually agree to taking a "shift" or agree to getting bugs assigned
to them.
