Rejecting cairo-dock-plugins from NEW

Hi Julien,

I'm rejecting the cairo-dock-plugins package from the Ubuntu NEW queue.  The
debian/copyright file you've included does not meet the requirements of the
GPL:

  1. You may copy and distribute verbatim copies of the Program's
  source code as you receive it, in any medium, provided that you
  conspicuously and appropriately publish on each copy an appropriate
  copyright notice and disclaimer of warranty; keep intact all the
  notices that refer to this License and to the absence of any warranty;
  and give any other recipients of the Program a copy of this License
  along with the Program.

The debian/copyright file you've provided does not include a warranty
disclaimer, so binaries built from this package are not legal to distribute.

Please fix the debian/copyright file to include correct warranty disclaimers
for all three of the applicable GNU licenses (LGPL 2, GPL 2, GPL 3).
