reject stompserver

I'm rejecting stompserver because:

debian/copyright states the software is MIT, but it isn't clear from the
source what the license is (there is no LICENCE or COPYING file).

the stompserver user is added during postinst but is not removed on purge
in postrm.

Please feel free to reupload after fixing these up.
