Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Our latest change can be dropped, the package builds fine in a karmic build-env.

libprelude (0.9.24.1-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New Upstream Version:
    - Use SWIG 1.3.39 to generate bindings code, fixes Prewikka compatibility
      problem because of SWIG version mismatch between libprelude/libpreludedb
      modules.
