Please sync kobby 1.0~beta3-1 (universe) from Debian experimental
(main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The delta consists of a change to the long description (I corrected grammatical
mistakes for the Debian version), maintainer field mangling and using the
obsolete 'kde' Section. Apart from a few minor details, the Ubuntu and the
Debian packages are identical.
