Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu changes were removed, so there are no Ubuntu changes.

arora (0.6-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream. (Closes: #525862)
    - Crtl-Q works. (Closes: #520279)
    - Letters with accents are supposed to work: (Closes: #520419)
  * Keep strong dependencies for now to ensure feature parity across
    architectures.
